MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ANITA ANAND HAS STEPPED DOWN FROM CANADA'S PM RACE

Anita Anand has announced that she may not be seeking re-election to the Canadian parliament and has withdrawn from the prime ministerial campaign.

She became a tenured regulation professor at the University of Toronto and worked as a professional in commercial enterprise and finance regulation. Before entering politics and becoming the MP for Oakville, Ontario, in 2019, she worked as a traveling lecturer at Yale University in the United States.

She made her name ensuring that Canada had enough vaccines and scientific devices during the COVID-19 epidemic when she joined the Trudeau cabinet in 2019 as the general public offers and procurement minister.

She gained the well-known defense portfolio in 2021 and, in a cabinet reshuffle, was appointed president of the Treasury Board, a ministerial-level position that oversees all aspects of government operations.

Jeff baena, acclaimed writer and filmmaker passed away at age 47.

According to a few reviews, renowned writer and filmmaker Jeff Baena, known for films like Life After Beth and The Little Hours, sadly died at the age of 47. On Friday, Baena, who married actress Aubrey Plaza, a producer and actress, whom he married in 2021; was found dead at his home in the Los Angeles area. The circumstances surrounding his death are currently unknown. Baena relocated to Los Angeles to start building his career after completing his studies at NYU Film School. Through an activity as an assistant editor for writer-director David O.
